Verification of Income (VOI) The following is a list of items that can be used as income verification:

Copy of most recent 2 check stubs
Current Social Security Awards Letter
Letter from employer on official company letterhead
Last 2 years of Federal Income Tax Return

If you have a 3rd Party Payee (example: Voucher program, etc) please indicate on the application.

Once your application is approved, you will be required to pay the following:

Non-refundable Holding Fee (Equal to one month)

Non-refundable Administration Fee ($ 100.00)
